• How To Apply
  Step 1:
  Rotate up the pencil only 1/8-inch to prevent formula exposure to air (non-retractable for drying prevention).
  
  Step 2:
  Line your eyes carefully.
  
  Step 3:
  Utilise the smudging tool on the other end to softly blend color for the desired effect.
  
  Step 4:
  Allow the color to set for 60 seconds for transfer resistance.
