• How To Apply
  Step 1:
  Use day or night, cleansing one eye area at a time.
  
  Step 2:
  Apply a drop to cotton ball.
  
  Step 3:
  With eye closed, massage gently over lid and lashes.
  
  Step 4:
  Wipe up then down, then open the eye and wipe underneath. •
  
  Step 5:
  Tissue off, or rinse off any residue with water.
