How To Apply
Step 1:
Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added colour intensity.

Step 2:
Apply over the eye area (eyelid and crease) with a 239s Brush, using a pressing motion to build colour for a bolder look.

Step 3:
Apply over the eye area with a 217s Brush, using a circular motion to blend colour for a diffused look.
