This vegan-friendly formula is perfect for making your hair lighter and creating a pale base. The kit includes Bleach Powder, Cream Developer (30 Volt), Mixing Tub, Tinting Brush, Plastic Cap and Plastic Gloves. One kit is recommended for every 4 inches of hair length, so you can customise it for your needs.

How To Apply
Step 1:
Wear gloves and wear old clothes so you won’t mind getting bleached.
Step 2:
Apply the bleach to dry, unwashed hair using a hair tinting brush.
Step 3:
Split your hair into sections. The number of sections you need is completely dependent on the length and thickness of your hair. When you are sectioning your hair, ensure the sections will enable you to coat and saturate all of the hair easily.
Step 4:
Begin from the bottom up. Avoid the roots for 5 minutes before applying the bleach to them, too.
Step 5:
Once your hair is completely saturated, Manic Panic recommends putting it into a shower cap or bag.
Step 6:
Keep checking your hair every 10 minutes to keep an eye on the development the bleach is making to your hair. Darker hair will take a lot longer to lift than a lighter colour. However, Manic Panic does not recommend going over the 40-minute mark when bleaching.

Wash out the bleach using cool water.
