How To Apply
Step 1:
Apply one coat to bare nails and let dry.
Step 2:
Apply your favorite Orly nail lacquer and finish with Shining Armor topcoat.
Step 3:
For non-damaging removal, simply peel off lacquer in one sheet by lifting the base coat from the edges of the nail. -
